This hands-on workshop helps instructional leaders/coaches clarify roles, establish effective communication, and create a strong coaching culture. Coaches & leaders will reflect on current roles, identify barriers and set realistic expectations to move towards achieving their "Dream Team." Through tools like a Principal-Coach agreement, protocols for consistent messaging, methods for distinguishing roles and strategies for championing coaching expertise, participants will be equipped to foster collaborative, growth-centered instructional leadership teams in their schools.

The purpose of this session is to teach educators the ability to differentiate instruction for gifted learners using targeted coaching tools. The goal is to equip educators with the tools needed to tailor lessons to the needs of gifted learners while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Participants will be able to assess the needs of gifted students, walk away with strategies to coach teachers effectively on differentiation across various grade levels and subjects, and will gain the ability to provide feedback and support on lesson planning for gifted learners.
