They learn the different adult “willingness levels” their teachers are on as diverse learners and identify strategies that would support those various levels. In addition, coaches walk away with a "Strategies Toolbox" to be able to impact and breakthrough various forms of resistance. Leaders learn skills that give them a sense of agency in their own ability to impact all teachers, no matter their willingness to embrace challenge and change.
