During this session, you'll learn how to work with teachers who don't want to work with you! Melanie will share strategies you should know to help you coach the uncoachable. Come learn the three levels of defensiveness, possible causes of the defensiveness, and coaching techniques to use when working with these types of teachers.

This session will teach you how to effectively engage the adult learner every time you facilitate a session by using research-based learning strategies.
