2025 Power of Coaching

Becca Silver is an energetic and passionate coach of instructional leaders and coaches. As the founder and CEO of The Whole Educator and host of the Coaching the Whole Educator podcast, she leverages her experience as a teacher, instructional coach, life coach and leadership coach to help coaches and leaders address the challenges educators face.

Becca works with schools, districts and state departments to identify the root causes of resistance to change, teaching ineffectiveness, lack of buy-in and educator burnout, providing practical strategies and tools to humanize the implenetation of change in our schools. Becca takes a human-centered approach to coaching, causing sustained change through teachers’ humanity and not around it.
